These are the different type of questions asked from this topic.

Type 1: Find the time when the angle between the two hands are given.

Type 2: Find the angle between the 2 hands when the time is given.

Type 3: Find the time, when clocks gaining/losing time.

Type 4: Find the time in the mirror image.

ക്ലോകിലെ ഓരോ അക്കങ്ങൾക്കിടയിലെ കോണളവ്= 30°.
മിനിറ്റ് സൂചി ഓരോ മിനുറ്റിലും 6° ചുറ്റും.
മണിക്കൂർ സൂചി ഒരു മിനുറ്റിൽ ½°ചുറ്റും.
ഒരുദിവസം Hour, Minute സൂചികൾ 22 തവണ ഒന്നിന് മീതെ ഒന്നായി വരും.
ക്ലോകിലെ സൂചികൾ 1 ദിവസം, 22 തവണ എതിർദിശയിൽ വരും. ie. 180°.
ക്ലോകിൽ ഒരു ദിവസം 44 തവണ സൂചികൾ നേർരേഖയിൽ വരും.
മണിക്കൂർ സൂചിയും മിനിറ്റ് സൂചിയും, 65x5/11 മിനിറ്റിനു ശേഷം ഒന്നിന് മീതെ ഒന്നായി വരും.

Angle Between Hands of Clock

Formula : H x 30 degree - M x 5.5 degree.

H - Hour

M - Minute

Eg: The angle between the minute hand and the hour hand of a clock when the time is 4:20 is:

= 4 x 30 - 20 x 5.5

= 120 - 110

=10 degrees.

Find the time in the mirror image.

Formula : if time is more than 11.00 then subtract it from 23.60 else subtract it from 11.60.

Eg: What will be mirror image of Clock Time 3: 40

= 11:60 - 3:40

= 8:20

Problems Type 1: .

A can finish work in X days. .

B can finish work in Y days.

Both can finish in Z days = (X*Y) / (X+Y). .

Problems Type 2: .

Both A and B together can do work in T days.

A can do this work in X days.

then, B can do it in Y days = (X*T) / (X-T) .

Problems Type 3: .

A can finish work in X days.

B can finish work in Y days.

C can finish work in Z days.

Together they can do work in T days = (X*Y*Z)/ [(X*Y)+(Y*Z)+(X*Z)] .
