Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2017 for Navik

The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) protects India's maritime interests and enforces maritime law, with jurisdiction over the territorial waters of India, including its contiguous zone and exclusive economic zone. The Indian Coast Guard was formally established on 18 August 1978 by the Coast Guard Act, 1978 of the Parliament of India as an independent Armed force of India. It operates under the Ministry of Defence. The Coast Guard works in close cooperation with the Indian Navy, the Department of Fisheries, the Department of Revenue (Customs) and the Central and State police forces.

The vacancies are open for the post of Navik (General Duty) in the Indian Coast Guard it will be filled through written examination, followed by PFT and Medical Test. The written exam will be held in the month of Oct/Nov 2017 and the candidate’s details about it will be mentioned in the issued admit card. Kerala Public Service Commissionhas conducted the OMR examination of Lower Division Clerk Post (414/2016) for Ernakulam and Kannur districts on July 15, 2017 (Saturday) at various examination centers to hire the eligible clerical staff post offered by the Kerala Government various department.

The question paper and answer keys of LDC 2017 Ernakulam and Kannur districts are provided below. LDC 2017 exam was held on July 15, 2017.
